Are there any height or weight restrictions?

For our group classes in the present our racing seat for the drift car will fit only small or medium sized students.

Can I bring my own video camera?

Of course! We also have on-board cameras which can be put together for you at a fee.

Can I bring spectators?

All spectators are welcome and can spectate free of charge. It is also a great opportunity for them to take advantage of jumping in for an extreme ride at a discounted rate!

Can I change my booking?

Please advise at least 14 days prior to the nominated class or ASAP or your booking will be forfeit.

Do I need to be able to drive a manual?

We highly recommend that you are able to comfortably drive a manual to get the most out of the experience.

Do I need to bring my own drift car?

No. In specific classes we provide the drift ready school car including tyres fuel and all appropriate safety gear. We also have classes which allow you to bring your own vehicle for tuition.

Do I need to know how to Drift?

No experience is necessary, in fact, we highly encourage everyone who has never done drifting before to come and give it a try!

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation and welcome pack from Drift School WA with all the necessary information in your nominated email address.

Is there a possibility of crashing?

No, as long as you listen to your instructors instructions there is no way that you’ll crash into anything as most of our classes are performed in a safe open area with cones and a large amount of run off room.

Is there accessible toilets?

Yes. There are toilets easily accessible from the drifting area.

Is there an undercover viewing area?

Yes, we have multiple forms of shelter for ease of viewing right near the action.

What do I need to bring?

Helmets are available for hire, however you may want to bring your own (must be ADR approved). Long sleeve and long pants with enclosed footwear is required.

What if I damage the school vehicle or crash?

Normal wear and tear is expected, however if you are intentionally disobeying your instructor’s guidance with reckless behaviour you will be liable for any/all damages to property and vehicle.

What is the minimum age requirement?

12 years and older

What time should I arrive?

We strictly require you to be there at the specific starting time so that you don’t miss out on the safety briefing and that you or the other students get the most drifting out of the day.

BOOKINGS
i) All final activity booking fees are GST inclusive.
ii) All activity bookings are NON refundable.
iii) All activity bookings are confirmed upon receiving payment in full.
iv) Transfer to another date is permitted provided written notification is given with greater than fourteen (14) days’ notice prior to the original scheduled date.
v) Transfer to another participant is permitted provided written notification is given with greater than fourteen (14) days’ notice prior to the scheduled date.
vi) Transfers and changes are not permitted to any bookings made within the fourteen (14) days of the scheduled date.

GIFT CARDS
i) All activity vouchers and gift certificates are GST inclusive.
ii) All activity vouchers and gift certificates are NON refundable.
iii) All activity vouchers and gift certificates are confirmed upon receiving payment in full.
iv) Transfer to another date is permitted provided written notification is given with greater than fourteen (14) days’ notice prior to the original scheduled date.

ACTIVITY
i) All Participants are required to complete and sign an indemnity form upon commencing any Activity.
ii) Parental or guardian consent required for all Participants under eighteen (18) years of age.
iii) All Participants will attend drivers’ safety briefing session to meet OH&S requirements.
iv) All Participants will attend the scheduled date and time.
v) Failure to meet any of the above mentioned information and its requirements will result in 100% forfeiture and exclusion from Activity.

CLOTHING REQUIREMENTS
i) All Participants MUST wear long sleeved shirt/top (long sleeved jackets, jumpers permitted).
ii) All Participants MUST wear long pants (track pants, jeans permitted).
iii) All Participants MUST wear appropriate enclosed shoes (sneakers permitted).
iv) Failure to meet any of the above mentioned information and its requirements will result in 100% forfeiture and exclusion from Activity.

GENERAL
i) Scheduled dates are subject to change.
ii) All Participants acknowledge that Drift School WA may need to cancel courses due to unsuitable track conditions, unsuitable weather conditions technical problems or other events beyond Drift School WA’s reasonable control.
iii) Participants must have ZERO blood alcohol concentration and may be subjected to breath analysis testing.
iv) Any Participants that may cause damage to any Drift School WA vehicle or property after failing to adhere instructions from Drift School WA staff, driving recklessly negligently or irresponsibly, the Participant will be liable for damage caused.
v) Participants may be refused entry, be requested to leave Activity and grounds, or if necessary, be physically restrained or removed if in the reasonable opinion of Drift School WA, in breach of terms and conditions, under influence of alcohol or drugs or, for any reason, causing a disturbance or threatens the safety of the landholders and their employees, guests, Participants, staff or any property of Drift School WA in any way.
vi) Failure to meet any of the above mentioned information and its requirements will result in 100% forfeiture and exclusion from Activity.
vii) In the event that any Drift School WA vehicle or property is damaged in any way, such that it is not safe or possible to continue, Drift School WA will make all reasonable endeavors to provide to participants.
viii) Drift School WA makes no warranty or representation regarding the Activity to be provided.
ix) Drift School WA has no liability for any act, omission or default, whether negligent or otherwise caused by any Activity supplier.
x) Drift School WA is not liable to any other person for any injury, damage or loss.
xi) Drift School WA reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions, Activity, services offered and pricing at any time without any further notice.
